LOFT STANDARD RENTAL FEES:

#1 SUNDAY – THURSDAY UNTIL 4 PM
(Rates will increase during all holiday seasons)

Available Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM, last call 8:45 PM
$100 per hour / 3 hour minimum
$100 per hour for additional time *Extra time must be approved by Crosscut due to availability.
28 Guests Maximum Occupancy – Beverages, Food, and Table Service Not Included – Click Here for our Food Cart Menus
Rental Deposit of 50% + $100 Cleaning Deposit (Refundable) must be paid in-full to reserve the Loft space.
No “holds” will be accepted. Availability is first come, first served. No exceptions.
